General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 399de ("we", "our", "Company") and the user ("you", "user", "member"). By using the website https://399de.cam and all services under it, you agree to comply with these terms.

Account Registration
To use services at 399de, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
2.1 One Account per Person
Only one account is permitted per person, household address, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts and deposited funds being forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected] or speak with us via live chat.
Warning: Never share your password or account information with any third party. 399de will never ask for your password by email or chat.

Age and Eligibility
399de's services are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Minors are not permitted to register on or use this platform under any circumstances.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must participate entirely of your own free will and sound mind.
- You must not appear on any government-banned or court-ordered exclusion list.
- Your account must not have been previously permanently closed by 399de.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
399de reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving license may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals
399de currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in cases where identity verification is required, additional time may be needed.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are only possible to registered payment methods.
- The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be registered in the same person's name.
- The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 399de reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of technical errors or unusual activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
399de offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms which must be read before activating the offer.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. After receiving this bonus, the combined total of the original deposit and bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies only once per person / household / device / IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after wagering is complete.
- There may be a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements on bonus funds.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 399de reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- Claiming or declining any bonus is entirely at your discretion.
5.3 VIP Program
399de's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and activity:
- Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules
All games available at 399de — slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and bingo — are operated according to the respective game provider's own rules. The Company reserves the full right to void any round in the event of a software technical error.
6.1 Finality of Results
Results displayed after a game is completed are considered final. However, in proven cases of software malfunction or technical error, there is a provision to void the result and refund the wagered amount.
6.2 Fair Play Guarantee

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 399de. Involvement in any one of these may result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds being forfeited:

Account Suspension and Closure
